I debuted my new single, “Love Letters,” exclusively on Bandcamp in early February. Why, you may ask? Well, as an independent artist, Bandcamp allows me to connect directly with the people who actively support my music; when they purchase a song or an album, I’m able to see who they are and, most importantly, thank them personally. And of course, it’s definitely helpful to be able to earn a little revenue from the art we create! That said, streaming allows us to reach an even wider audience, which means the music has the potential to become someone’s new favorite song half-way across the world. Mark your calendars for Friday, March 8, when “Love Letters” will be available on every streaming platform!
